Psychfinder Pty Ltd (ABN 62 680 668 624) (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the Psychfinder marketing website at psychfinder.com.au and the Psychfinder clinic dashboard at app.psychfinder.com.au.
We take privacy seriously. This policy describes how we handle personal information on the marketing website only. Data handled inside the Psychfinder dashboard is governed by a separate Data Processing Agreement between Psychfinder and each clinic customer.
Information we collect
When you visit our marketing website, we collect:
- Information you give us: if you fill in our contact form or book a demo, we receive your name, email, clinic name and anything else you choose to write. This information is forwarded to our team email and to our customer relationship records.
- Technical information: standard server logs (IP address, browser, timestamp) for security and performance.
We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics pixels on this site.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry.
- To organise demos and follow-ups.
- To improve our website and service.
We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
Where it lives
Personal information collected through this website is stored in Australia. Server logs may be processed by our hosting provider in Australian or international regions, in line with their published privacy commitments.
Your rights under the Australian Privacy Act
