Psychfinder is an Australian software company helping psychology clinics handle intake, triage and matching with less noise and more clarity.
Our mission
We started Psychfinder because the people who make psychology clinics work, the practice managers, the intake admins, the clinicians juggling email between sessions, deserve software that treats them as the experts they are.
Most clinic software is a database with a paint job. Ours is built around how intake actually feels: the half-finished enquiries, the risk flags that need a human eye, the waitlist that grows when nobody is looking. We are aiming for software that earns its place in the working day.
What we believe
- Clinicians stay in charge.
- Our AI assists, it does not decide.
- Australian context, not adapted from elsewhere.
- Medicare, AHPRA, NDIS and APP 12/13 are first-class concerns, not afterthoughts.

- We will say no to features that do not earn their place.
